UK HSE Lead: Safety, Compliance & Audit

Hydro seeks a proactive HSE Manager to lead the UK Health, Safety & Environment function. You will own the Incident Management System, drive audits, ensure legal compliance, and embed Hydro values across UK sites.

The role requires ownership of HSE initiatives, and collaboration with multiple departments for continuous improvement. You will champion a safety culture, manage the UK IMS, oversee audits for ISO standards, and deliver HSE training.
