UK HR Leader: People, Growth & Compliance

Oleon is seeking an experienced HR Manager UK to lead HR across the UK sites in a fully office based role, with travel between locations as needed. You will partner with local management, employees and Group HR to create a high performing, compliant workplace in line with UK employment law.

The ideal candidate has CIPD Level 7 or equivalent, strong people management skills, and solid IT proficiency with HR systems. Valid driving license and ability to visit UK sites are essential.
