UK HR Director - Transform People, Drive Change

TÜV Rheinland Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Local HR Director UK to shape the people agenda behind business transformation. You will lead HR across 3 entities and 500 employees, managing a team of 3 HR professionals, reporting to the HR Director Europe.

You'll partner with senior leaders and global HR to connect business priorities with people solutions, driving talent development, organizational design, change and employee relations, while ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
