UK Growth Insights & Research Lead

Azerion is seeking an Insights & Research Manager to drive audience, market and brand research that informs UK commercial strategies. You will blend hands-on research with strategic storytelling, working across Sales, Client Success, Creative and Marketing to ground briefs and pitches in strong insights.

The role requires expertise in quantitative and qualitative methods, proficiency with GWI/YouGov and the ability to translate data into compelling client recommendations.
