UK Employment Counsel - Global HR & Compliance

Swiss Re is seeking an experienced UK-qualified Employment Lawyer to join its Employment Advisory Team in London. You will provide guidance on the full employee lifecycle, spanning recruitment, performance, discipline, and termination, with a focus on UK law and cross-border projects.

You will draft and negotiate HR-related documents, support restructurings, and help develop global templates and policies to improve efficiency.
