UK Employee Relations & Policy Lead

Ibstock Futures is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Policy Manager to lead the operational delivery of our employee relations service across UK locations. Reporting to the Head of Employee Services, you will provide commercially focused, legally compliant guidance to managers to support confident people decisions and a positive colleague experience.

This role combines complex case management, policy leadership, coaching and data-led improvements.
