UK EHSS Regional Lead, R&D Safety & Sustainability

GSK is seeking an experienced leader to head EHSS for UK R&D sites. You will set direction, coach a regional EHSS team, and ensure safe, compliant operations across Stevenage and the planned Cambridge hub.

You will partner with scientists, facilities, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and risk reduction. The role emphasizes technical leadership, inclusive management, and delivery of EHSS strategies in a fast moving, regulated environment.
