UK Compliance & Wealth Management Leader

Schroders in London is seeking a Head of UK Compliance for its Wealth Management division, reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, Wealth Management. You will lead the UK Compliance function across the UK Companies and provide independent, commercially informed regulatory advice.

Responsibilities include governance, regulatory reporting, surveillance, and training to ensure adherence to FCA and PRA requirements, with a focus on proactive risk management and cross jurisdictional coordination.
