UK Commercial Real Estate Counsel - EV & Energy

Allego is seeking an experienced UK legal counsel to manage real estate transactions and support real estate needs across the business. You will work with stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, draft and negotiate leases, and oversee external legal teams while mitigating risks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a UK law degree with England & Wales qualification and 3-4 years' PQE, plus knowledge of Scottish property law a plus. EV charging experience is desirable.
