UK-Based Engineering Manager, Search & Discovery

Depop is seeking a UK-based Engineering Manager to lead the Search Retrieval squad, improving search relevance and driving key purchasing metrics. You will guide a 3-6 person team, partnering with a Product Manager and Product Designer to shape the Discover initiative on the Buyer experience.

You will own the team's roadmap, foster growth, and collaborate across functions while promoting inclusive culture and high performance.
