UK & Ireland Product Lead - Growth & Strategy

Rippling is seeking a senior product leader to own the UK & IE payroll, HR and adjacent products. You will define what to build to hit aggressive ARR targets, setting the roadmap and coordinating with sales for market strategy.

You will dive into customer issues, support tickets, and regulatory requirements to craft simple, configurable experiences that scale globally while addressing local market needs. You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, and sales to ship with velocity.
