UK & Ireland Hotels HR Director - Strategy & Talent

InterContinental Hotels Group in the UK & Ireland is seeking an HR Director, UK & Ireland Hotels, to lead the strategic people function for one of IHG's key markets. You will shape workforce strategy, partner with the Managing Director and leadership team, and drive organisational effectiveness across managed, leased and franchised hotels.

In this high-visibility role, you'll oversee talent development, employee engagement, change leadership and HR technology evolution, including AI applications
