UK & Ireland Country Manager - Growth & Strategy

St Michel, a French family business, is expanding its UK & Ireland presence with a Country Manager role based in London. You will oversee commercial growth, profitability, marketing investments, and team performance, coordinating with Retail and Private Label channels.

The role requires strategic leadership, hands-on commercial expertise, and financial accountability, including budgeting and partner negotiations. Travel within the UK & Ireland and to France Headquarters is expected.
