Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial advice to corporate clients including listed companies, private equity and founder back businesses
• Undertake financial analysis including valuation, modelling, trading analysis and transaction comps
• Assume responsibility for monitoring and advising clients in terms of macro events, sector news flow and company events
• Support on transactions across the full range of strategic events including buyside and sellside M&A, de mergers, P2Ps and private equity monetisations including IPOs (such support may include maintaining financial models, coordinating other advisers, due diligence and timetables)
• Research on companies and industries and support on client initiatives including generating and developing new ideas to present
• Formulate and develop client pitch books and analysis in addition to supporting other
