Medical Staff Talent has been exclusively selected to appoint a discreet medical leader for a UHNW family, operating aboard a private vessel as a permanent full-time physician.

You will design medical protocols and provide bespoke concierge care across elite European destinations. This on-board role requires independent decision-making, strict confidentiality, and long-term commitment. Housing is provided, travel costs are covered, and 30 days vacation per year.
