Depot Manager Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as a Depot Manager at our Swindon depot.
We are seeking a motivated individual to oversee the efficient operation of our depot, managing sales, administrative tasks, and leading a team to success.
Duties:
- Distribute work assignments and supervise fitters
- Manage general administration tasks
- Conduct monthly petty cash returns
- Ensure accurate stock movements and inventory control
- Utilize knowledge of truck tires, car tires, agricultural, and plant equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment Skills:
- Strong administrative capabilities
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Effective time management abilities
- Multilingual skills are advantageous
- Experience in team management
- Proven ability to manage operations efficiently
- Background in retail management is beneficial
- Demonstrated aptitude for selling products The ideal candidate for this position should possess a current driving license as a company vehicle will be provided.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
