Two-Week Residential Site Manager

The Residential Developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager to provide two weeks' holiday cover on a live residential development. You will maintain day-to-day running, coordinate trades, and ensure works progress safely and to programme.

Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, monitoring quality and progress, conducting site inductions and toolbox talks, and reporting on site records. CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid are required, with a strong health and safety focus.
