Turnaround Leader: Major Shutdowns & Asset Integrity

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced TAR Manager to lead the planning and delivery of major turnaround and shutdown activities at a large process facility. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and ensure safety, cost and schedule objectives are met throughout planning, execution and completion.

The role requires Chartered Engineer status or substantial practical experience in heavy industry, with a proven ability to lead complex projects and manage budgets.
