The role - As a Junior Coordinator, you will work at the intersection of science and marketing, helping ensure technical expertise is translated into clear, impactful communications for clients.
Responsibilities- Building and nurturing strong, long-term client relationships founded on trust and collaboration
- Delivering exceptional service while ensuring the smooth coordination and progression of projects
- Supporting internal teams with organisational and administrative tasks to maintain operational efficiency
- Developing a strong understanding of client objectives, brand positioning, and strategic messaging
- Assisting in the creation of persuasive, scientifically robust proposals and presentations
- Contributing to wider initiatives that support commercial growth and long-term organisational success
- A background in science (a degree is advantageous but not essential)
- Highly organised, proactive, and attentive to detail
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with a variety of stakeholders
- Intellectually curious, adaptable, and motivated to develop professionally
- Previous experience in a client-facing, marketing, or account management role is beneficial but not required
