Turkish Speaker: Quality & Training, Video Safety (Dublin)

TikTok Dublin is seeking a Turkish-speaking Quality & Training Specialist to ensure safe, consistent moderation across markets. You will combine QA audits, data analysis, and policy interpretation to safeguard our community while supporting rapid, global operations.

You will collaborate with BPO and internal teams, lead calibration, and help roll out policy updates. This role requires flexibility for shifts and holidays and a proactive approach to improving processes with AI-assisted tools.
