Job Description
  • Own the technology strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for the Case Management, pKYC, and pKYB domain.
  • Provide leadership across the TSB Migration Programme, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness.
  • Lead multiple engineering teams, suppliers and technology partners to deliver complex regulatory and business outcomes.
  • Provide governance, risk management, and executive reporting across the technology domain.
  • Partner with Financial Crime Operations, Compliance, Architecture, Data, and Product teams to define strategic priorities.
  • Drive platform resilience, service performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Champion engineering excellence, innovation, and people leadership across the domain.
Requirements
  • Experience in Financial Crime, KYC, KYB, AML or Case Management platforms.
  • Experience owning technology strategy, roadmap, and delivery for enterprise platforms.
  • Experience leading complex transformation or migration programmes with multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
  • Technology strategy and architecture.
  • Large-scale programme delivery and governance.
  • Financial Crime technology including KYC/KYB/Case Management.
  • Vendor and supplier management.
  • Agile delivery and engineering leadership.

Demonstrates expertise in technology strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end delivery within the Financial Crime domain, particularly in KYC, KYB, and Case Management. Proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes, ensuring operational readiness and governance across multiple stakeholders.
