Lisa is dual qualified as a solicitor and a chartered tax adviser and both are based in our Oxford office.About the roleThe team are now seeking a Senior Associate-level lawyer who has at least 3 years' PQE to join them in Oxford. The team cover a range of matters for high and ultra-high-net-worth clients and we have specialists in all areas of trusts, estates and tax with members of the team advising clients with international, agricultural, literary, business and other assets. Directors and Partners all specialise in particular areas, including acting as independent administrators in high-net-worth contested estates, advising on complex mental capacity issues, administering cross-border estates and advising agricultural clients.The team is recognised for its ability to work flexibly to find solutions. An example of this is the firm's Private Wealth Initiative in which members of the Corporate and TET teams work together to build succession and tax plans for business owners.This role will give you the opportunity to develop professionally, working on high quality instructions alongside leaders in their respective fields.
