Trusts & Foundations Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an excellent writer and confident fundraiser to play a key role in generating vital income that supports some of the most ambitious contemporary arts programming in the UK and beyond.

We re looking for someone with a track record in writing persuasive funding bids and donor reports, ideally within the arts or cultural sector. You ll be confident with budgets and impact evaluation, thrive on collaboration, and have a meticulous eye for detail. Most of all, you ll be driven by a belief in the power of the arts to shape a better world.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong experience writing successful trust and foundation applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid understanding of UK grant fundraising and familiarity with the arts funding landscape
• Experience managing donor relationships and using CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
• Organised, proactive, and flexible able to juggle multiple deadlines
• A team player with a genuine passion for the arts
