Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Trust Manager to lead a team of Trust and Senior Trust Officers managing a portfolio of trusts, predominantly holding offshore bonds.

The role will focus on leading, organising and motivating a newly formed team, driving high-quality service delivery, effective risk management and continuous process improvement. The Trust Manager will also be expected to proactively engage with intermediaries and stakeholders to support the development of new business streams.

This position requires strong technical expertise across trust administration, offshore bonds, legal, tax and accounting matters, combined with proven people management skills, commercial awareness and a client-focused mindset.

Key Accountabilities
  • Prompt, efficient administration of a team of Trust professionals to ensure high quality client service, accurate reporting, tax compliance and risk management.
  • Role holder will need to demonstrate excellent client relationship/communication skills as they will need to communicate with intermediaries, clients, internal departments and external stakeholders during the execution of their duties.
  • Role holder will be expected to travel and attend face to face meetings with clients and third parties as required.
  • Be a team player and actively identify and implement business initiatives for process improvement.
Skills and Qualifications

5+ years' experience working in trusts. Knowledge of offshore bonds and STEP or similar qualification ideal.
