Truck Service Advisor - Scheduling & Customer Care

Ford and Slater are seeking a Technical Service Advisor at our Birtley depot near Chester-le-Street. You will manage service bookings, prepare job cards and invoices, and keep customers updated on costs and progress in a busy workshop.

The role runs 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-6:30pm, with one in three Saturdays. We offer a salary up to £30,000, DAF Academy training, holiday entitlement rising with service, and clear progression opportunities.
