FinTech systems process large-scale data sets, eliminating thousands of hours of manual work for global Accounting and Finance teams. Our systems leverage the latest technologies from the AWS stack, providing engineers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.

We are looking for an Applications Engineer - Tririga to design, implement, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure supporting Tririga solutions across business functions for large organizations. The Engineer will collaborate with Amazon engineering and business teams to plan, design, and execute solutions globally. Our systems handle large-scale data, streamlining processes for Lease Administration, Lease Accounting, and Finance teams.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Configure and customize Tririga, automate maintenance tasks, monitor system performance, and optimize for better customer experience.
  2. Ensure security compliance and manage patching.
  3. Create upgrade plans for platform and application versions from 4.2/11.2 to newer releases.
  4. Contribute to Engineering Excellence initiatives like Disaster Recovery design with optimal RPO and RTO.
  5. Participate in Operational Engineering initiatives to ensure 24/7 system availability.
  6. Leverage AWS technologies to design scalable system architectures.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in designing, upgrading, troubleshooting, and optimizing on-prem Linux-based infrastructures for Tririga environments in large organizations.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in administering enterprise applications on Linux, using Websphere or Weblogic.
  4. At least 3 years of experience managing AWS resources like VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, RDS, Route53, ACM, CloudWatch, and CDK pipelines.
  5. At least 3 years of experience managing SSO/MFA technologies such as SAML Federation and SSL certificates.
  6. At least 5 years of experience with shell scripting or PowerShell for automation tasks like patching, alerting, monitoring, and log management.
  7. Good understanding of JVM logs, options, and exceptions.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience integrating Tango, Tririga, and General Ledger systems.
  2. Experience with AWS services like AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and Quick Sight.
