IntroductionWe are looking for a seasoned sales director from a TMC background.
In this Role, you'll get to- Promote Trip.Biz's awareness and corporate travel solution to the designated markets
- Secure new agreements with global MNCs and SMEs and facilitate the onboarding process
- Plan, develop and execute the sales plan to deliver key results
- Collaborate and consult with corporate clients to extend relationships, increase user adoption of Trip.Biz's Travel Solution, and optimize their investment
- Collaborate across Trip.Biz and Group internal teams, including product, finance, legal, R&D, service and marketing, to achieve client expectations and secure new agreements and retention
- Work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to drive revenue growth
- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritising and delivering excellent client service
- Collaborate with Product Management and the cross functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap; lead projects and initiatives as required
- Perform research, quantitative analysis and modelling to enable key business decisions
- Represent Trip.Biz at destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, trade show participation and industry/partner events
- Prepare presentations and all necessary reports
- Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed
- Minimum 5 years experience in corporate development or business development, or a reputable global or local TMC, airline, or B2B/Bedbanks/Wholesale sales function
- Detail orientated and fast learner
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adjust communication style to different stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of TMC
- Hungry for success but humble
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint and related software for day to day operations
- Willing to travel if needed
- Desire to learn new things and improve yourself
