Job Specification

Role Responsibilities

• Apply décor laminates using approved adhesives
• Work from technical drawings and specifications
• Maintain high standards of quality and traceability
• Meet production and quality targets
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Follow strict Health and Safety procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in trimming, finishing, or similar roles
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Skilled in surface preparation and adhesive application
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Aerospace experience desirable but not essential
