Trilingual Health Insurance Manager 100% - FR/GER/ENG

For the Medical Expenses department of our offices located in Vésenaz (GE), the Qualibroker Swiss Risk & Care group is looking for a Trilingual Health Insurance Manager (FR/DE/EN) 100%. In this role, you will support the management and advice in the field of health insurance (LAMal base and complementary) for several large clients (companies) and provide advice to customers on Swiss and European health insurance systems (cross-border, residents in Switzerland, etc.). Regular contacts with insured individuals, the HR departments of client companies, as well as insurers. Daily management of a client portfolio (handling emails, telephone calls, and mail). Control of invoices issued by insurers. Participation in ongoing commercial processes. Requirements:- A commercial certificate (CFC), diploma, or equivalent.- Holding the AFA is an asset; otherwise, we offer the possibility of financing it as part of the engagement.- Proven experience in insurance management, particularly in health insurance (LAMal, LCA).- Language skills: English and German minimum C1 (or at least confirmed level B2 in German). Proficiency in written and spoken German is essential for this position.- Excellent writing and numerical skills, solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.- Flexible, versatile, autonomous, and organized.Work location: Vésenaz (GE).
