This role is based in our Stoke office where you will be working on a rota basis alongside a small team of TEIOs.
You will be:- Responsible for answering the public helpline
- Responsible for initial contact, needs and risk assessment
- Ensure safeguarding referrals and access to emergency/crisis services
- Empathy and compassion; a trauma informed approach
- Personal resilience
- Excellent organisational skills
