Travelling Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Mayfair, London (with international travel)
Reporting To: Estate Manager
Salary: £90,000+ per annum

A unique opportunity for an experienced and highly polished Travelling Food & Beverage Manager to join a prestigious UHNW private residence in Mayfair. This role requires an exceptional professional to lead and manage both Butler and Chef departments, ensuring world-class dining experiences and seamless service delivery across London and international residences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering absolute consistency, discretion, and excellence, while anticipating the needs and preferences of the Principals and their guests.

Key Responsibilities Team & Operations
  • Manage Butler and Chef teams day-to-day
  • Organise rotas, holidays, and staffing
  • Oversee purchasing and supplier management
  • Ensure smooth, efficient operations
Service & Standards
  • Maintain high-end, consistent service standards
  • Train and support butler team
  • Lead service during events and formal dining
Dining & Events
  • Plan and run private dinners and events
  • Create seating plans and oversee table settings
  • Ensure presentation meets luxury standards
Guest Experience
  • Track guest preferences, allergies, and requirements
  • Deliver personalised, seamless service
  • Anticipate needs with discretion
  • Work with chefs on menu planning
  • Source premium, seasonal ingredients
  • Plan weekly dining schedules
  • Suggest new dining ideas and experiences
Travel & Residences
  • Travel with the Principals when required
  • Coordinate staff and service across properties
Food Safety
  • Maintain hygiene, storage, and stock control standards
Candidate Profile
  • Experience in UHNW households or luxury hospitality
  • Strong leadership across service & kitchen teams
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
