Traveling Clinical Lead & Deputy GM (Nursing) Car Allowance

Barchester is seeking a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) to travel across the division, leading care-home teams and delivering high-quality care. You will audit standards, supervise clinical practice, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting the General Manager with strategy and performance improvement.

The role requires an RGN/RMN with current NMC registration, teaching/mentoring qualifications, and experience in nursing home settings, along with strong HR, budget, and
