Job Description
Key Accountabilities
  • Research, analyze, and shortlist global travel destinations based on season, occasion, and VIP preferences.
  • Design and arrange customized, worldwide tailor-made travel itineraries for VIP members.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and exclusive venues across international destinations.
  • Manage hotel bookings and ensure premium accommodation arrangements as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP members before, during, and after the trip.
  • Ensure all pre-arrival arrangements, preferences, and special requests are handled effectively.
  • Conduct pre-arrival room inspections to ensure standards and VIP preferences are met.
  • Organize events and entertainment activities during travel programs.
  • Manage travel plans within approved timelines and allocated budgets.
  • Forecast travel requirements and establish operational goals to ensure complete VIP satisfaction.
  • Oversee event logistics including décor, entertainment, transportation, venue selection, guest lists, equipment, and other arrangements during the trip.
  • Take a proactive approach to issue resolution and troubleshoot any challenges that arise during travel.
  • Stay updated on luxury travel trends and maintain knowledge of products featured on the company website.
  • Handle embassy coordination, protocol communication, and prioritize travel security arrangements (including arranging local security personnel when required).
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Department Head.
