Trauma Informed Youth Support Worker (Residential)

Esland in Barnsley is seeking a full-time children's support worker to join our dedicated team. You'll build nurturing, trusting relationships with young people aged 8 to 18 and support their emotional regulation, routines and personal development.

You'll work a 48-hour shift pattern with paid sleep-ins, 365 service, overtime on offer. Applicants must have a UK driving licence and the right to work in the UK, with a therapeutic, person-centred approach.
