Trauma-Informed Youth Support Worker - Evenings & Weekends

Oasis Community Housing in Gateshead is seeking a full-time Youth Housing Support Worker to help run two 24-hour staffed projects for young people aged 16-21, delivering trauma-informed, holistic support in line with safety plans.

The role involves collaboration with Gateshead Council to ensure positive outcomes, regulatory compliance, and ongoing Ofsted registration for the projects. Evening and weekend hours are required as part of a rolling rota.
