Trauma Informed Youth Support Lead

Taff Housing Association in Abergavenny is looking for compassionate individuals to support young people living at Ty Parc, our new accommodation project. This role involves assisting care experienced young people aged 16+, helping them transition towards independence while fostering trust and stability.

Your responsibilities will include leading assessments, creating tailored support plans, and managing a small team of support assistants. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a safe environment and delivering activities that promote wellbeing.
