Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Residential Care Worker

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Residential Child Care Worker in Fordingbridge, Hampshire. You'll support children who have experienced trauma in a therapeutic, family-like setting and work across shifts, including sleep-ins, to ensure continuity of care.

You will build warm, trust-based relationships, assist with education and activities, and collaborate with professionals to promote development and wellbeing. A driving licence is needed for home vehicle transport.
