Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Interventions Lead

Waythrough is seeking a Therapeutic Intervention Lead to drive and embed therapeutic interventions across Recovery Steps Cumbria. You will provide operational leadership, develop intervention programmes and train staff and volunteers to deliver trauma informed, evidence based support.

You will promote service user involvement, collaborate with partners, monitor outcomes, and adapt approaches across Cumbria to meet community needs.
