Trauma Informed Supported Housing Worker

YMCA DownsLink Group Hastings is seeking a Supported Housing Support Worker to join our team, holding a caseload of residents and meeting with them weekly to build a support plan.

You will support residents with tenancy matters, budgeting and personal development while maintaining safeguarding and trauma-informed practice. This role is based on site with a seven-day rolling rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
