Trauma-Informed Social Care Manager (Youth Centre)

Cpl Healthcare is recruiting a Social Care Manager in Dublin to lead a new Tusla service delivering trauma-informed care for youths aged 13-17. You will oversee centre operations, ensure safe environments, and drive engagement with young people to foster positive attachments.

The role requires at least five years in a Social Care Grade within a Children's Residential Centre, CORU registration (or eligible), and strong leadership, planning, and compliance with HIQA standards.
