Trauma-Informed Residential Youth Support Worker

The Esland Group Ltd in Barnsley is seeking a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our therapeutic care team. This full-time role supports young people, builds nurturing relationships and promotes their personal development within a trauma-informed framework.

You will work 48-hour shifts (including sleep-ins) with paid nights and a 4-day break, access to training and career development, and a supportive team environment in a 365-day service.
