Trauma-Informed Residential Care Deputy Manager

Virtual Hire Staffing is seeking a Deputy Manager for a residential children's home in Newquay, England. You will support the Registered Manager to ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards.

You will lead a team, oversee safeguarding, recording, and collaborations with families, social workers, and regulators. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and relevant childcare experience are required.
