Trauma-Informed Pupil Support Assistant

Belmont Secondary School is seeking a compassionate Pupil Support Worker / Teaching Assistant to support a student with SEMH needs in a nurturing school environment. You will help the pupil access learning, regulate emotions and build confidence to achieve academic and social success.

The role focuses on trauma-informed approaches, building resilience and collaborative work with teachers and families to support progression and inclusion across the school day.
