Trauma-Informed Pastoral Lead - Maternity Cover

ACE Bretonside in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Pastoral Lead (maternity cover) to join Reach South Academy Trust. The post is fixed term, part-time (39 weeks per year) 30 hours per week, with NJC Grade G pay (£37,280 - £39,862 FTE; actual £26,899 - £28,762).

The role focuses on day-to-day case management, behaviour support, and liaison with families. You will lead data tracking, CPD, safeguarding, attend multi agency meetings, and act as DSL for a cohort.
