Trauma-Informed Counsellor for Women's Recovery Community

Phoenix Futures is seeking a Counsellor in Yarnton, Oxfordshire, to join Ophelia House, a Trauma Responsive Women's Therapeutic Community Residential Service. This full-time permanent role offers a pro-rata salary and market supplement, with opportunities for incremental increases based on appraisal.

You will provide 1-to-1 counselling and group work, conduct strength-based assessments, and help develop care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
