Trauma-Informed Children's Support Worker Flexible Hours

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to help vulnerable children and young people in local authority care. You'll provide trauma-informed care, support education, meals, routines, transport when needed, and advocate for the child's voice in daily life.

Experience with children or young people, a full UK driving licence and your own car are required, along with patience, empathy, and emotional resilience. Training and progression opportunities are offered.
