Trauma-Informed Children's Support Worker

Paragon Social Care in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate and resilient Support Workers to help vulnerable children and young people in local authority care. You'll provide trauma-informed care, build trust, and promote safe routines across daily activities.

You'll support meals, education, transportation when required, and advocate to ensure each child's voice is heard. DBS checks apply; waking nights and weekends may be needed.
