Trauma-Informed Children's Support Worker

Paragon Social Care is seeking compassionate Children's Support Workers to provide trauma-informed care for vulnerable young people in local authority care. You'll build trusted relationships, support daily routines, education, meals, and life skills, while advocating for the young person's voice.

Role requires driving and flexibility (nights/weekends). DBS checks are required; NVQ3 in Children's Residential Care is desirable. Training available; 24/7 wraparound support provided by the team.
