Trauma-Informed Children's Support Worker

Paragon Social Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to children and young people in residential homes and community packages within Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.

You will help young people become more independent, confident and engaged, while following safeguarding protocols and working closely with social workers and families. This role offers flexible shifts and ongoing training.
