Trauma-Informed Children's Home Leader

SWAAY is seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead a 4-bed home in Bracknell, ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for vulnerable young people. The role combines strong leadership with trauma-informed care and a focus on safeguarding, Ofsted standards and staff development.

You will oversee staffing, budgets, care plans and risk assessments while coaching a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, child-centered outcomes.
